I flew to Birmingham to an event where  Steven Bartlett from Dragons’ Den spoke.

Always Think Bigger

Steven shared so much of his wisdom.

One message that struck a chord with me was about thinking bigger.

Not just in business, in everything we do….think bigger.

It’s easy to box ourselves into what we think is achievable.

However, Steven urged us to push beyond these boundaries and expand our aspirations.

In the lash industry, this could translate into transforming your part-time lash career into a really successful full-time business.

Maybe it could be adding new trends or services that set you apart in your local area.

How can you stand out?

Maybe it’s as simple as offering a comforting cup of coffee after a client’s appointment or as innovative as introducing a unique lash application technique that no one else offers.

The possibilities are endless when you THINK BIG.

Sweat the Small Stuff

The advice to ‘not sweat the small stuff’ doesn’t quite apply here. In our industry, the small details can have an enormous impact on your success. This includes perfecting your technique, truly understanding what your clients need, and how you organize your workspace. These elements play a significant role in setting you apart and can elevate your business above the competition.

The Power of 1%

Improving just 1% in everything you do can create significant changes over time.

Consider refining your booking process by 1%,  upgrading your tools, or spending an extra ten minutes consulting with a client.

These changes, whilst minor, can drastically improve the quality of your service and customer satisfaction.
